HeidelbergCement Group employs 57,000 people at 2,600 locations in around 40 countries.  ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS:1.      Place and track orders for standard equipment and software from Insight.com – (follow the standard hardware/software catalog).2.      Maintain Asset Deployment Center stock equipment inventory.3.      Request/setup RMA’s.4.      Deploy and configure Web Time Entry time clocks.5.      Properly dispose of/recycling of unwanted equipment.6.      Supervise and perform initial setup, configuration, and deployment of all client computer systems.7.      Transfer user data from old/broken computers to new systems.8.      Troubleshoot and repair hardware on all desktops and laptops.9.      Reallocate and upgrade used/loaner equipment for contractors, projects, and users waiting for warranty repairs.10. Update Asset Deployment Center documents including current hardware standard listings.11. Maintain documentation for standard operating procedures.12. Assist the Service Desk with overflow calls pertaining to Asset Deployment inquiries and/or issues.  BENEFITS & COMPENSATION:We know that our employees are critical to our overall success.
